Tony Voirin

Tony is a certified leadership and family coach and an independant Love and Logic Facilitator. He received his initial training as a performance coach through The Quantum Coaching Academy in Tempe, Arizona. Tony then completed advanced training by completing the Leadership Program and the Certified Family Coach Program. Tony has been facilitating Love and Logic workshops for parents over the past few years and recently was trained by the Institute's founders as an independant facilitator. In 2007, Tony became a staff coach for the Family Coach Program, assisting other coaches in expanding their practice to include families. In 2008, Tony completed the Leadership Program and has since been working with clients to use Leadership principles to make major changes in their lives. Tony is a member of the American Counseling Association and the International Coach Federation. Tony has a lovely wife, Andrea, and three beautiful children.

Our sessions with Coach Tony have been the most valuable and productive part of our entire program. Trust was the key issue with Michael. Through exercises during our sessions coupled with reading and other assignments, Coach Tony has helped us to build up that trust as a family. He has also greatly helped Michaels ability to identify choices, make conscious decisions, and be accountable. Coach Tony communicates so well with Michael by helping him to build from his and our familys purpose and values.

Coach Tony has been a great partner in our success as a family. He helped us maintain our focus in the months following our son's return home from a residential treatment program.
